The duo question Stuart Watson, managing director of Leap IT, Roger Tice, group managing director of Richter and John Angus, managing director at Switch Hospitality Management.

They discuss the success of their own apprentices,why it is important to treat apprentices as staff, and not just as cheap labour, and how businesses can support other staff through learning and development in the workplace.
