WATCH: News from the US Supreme Court

The Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce and Birmingham City University's Centre for American Legal Studies hosted an event to discuss the role of the US Supreme Court - particularly in light of the fallout from the 2020 presidential election.

Guest speakers include Anne Richardson Oakes (pictured), associate professor of American Legal Studies in Birmingham City University's School of Law; Professor Lissa Griffin, an expert in criminal procedure and comparative criminal procedure at Pace University in New York; Professor Bennett Gershman, a professor of law at Pace University 's Law School and Professor Katrina Fischer Kuh, professor of environmental law at Pace University 's Law School.
