Future Faces president Jaccy Datta and Sutton Coldfield Chamber president Phil Arkinstall discuss the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on young people.

As well as talking about the mental health implications, they discuss how employers can manage plans for bringing people back to work and how they are engaging with and supporting younger members of staff.

Phil, who is also the managing director of video production firm Ark Media, draws on some of his own company's experiences and challenges during the pandemic.
