WATCH: St Joseph director provides insight into city centre developments

Charlie Joseph (pictured), sales and marketing director at St Joseph, discusses the firm's latest property developments across Birmingham with Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce chief executive Paul Faulkner, in the Chamber's latest Q&A session.

St Joseph, part of the Berkeley Group, has now topped out on its first project in the city, called Snow Hill Wharf - a set of canalside apartments in Birmingham's historic Gun Quarter.

St Joseph is also due to start creating more high-quality homes at its Glasswater Locks site, located in the Eastside of Birmingham.

As well as providing insights on the projects, Charlie also shared her views on what opportunities lie ahead for Birmingham and the pandemic's impact on city-centre living.
