Sutton Coldfield Chamber president Phil Arkinstall chats to new Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce chief executive Henrietta Brealey about what lies ahead in her first few months in the role.

Henrietta became the youngest CEO in the Chamber's history when she succeeded Paul Faulkner.
