Webinar to provide details of young innovator scheme
Young innovators who are looking to turn their ideas into a business can find out how to apply for a major support programme during an event next week.
Innovate UK EDGE is hosting a briefing event about its Young Innovators programme - an initiative that offers funding and support to 18 to 30-year-olds who have innovative business ideas.
The programme 's benefits include a £5,000 grant, a two-day-a-week allowance to cover living costs and 12 months of one-on-one business coaching.
Those participating in the programme can also benefit from dedicated PR support to promote their business, further networking opportunities and peer-to-peer support.
The webinar on Tuesday 14 June (10am to midday) provides key information on the programme such as the criteria, timelines and how to apply.

This year, Innovate UK EDGE expects to award up to 100 young people from diverse backgrounds with a place on the programme.
