Hello and welcome to the May edition of the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) newsletter.

Happy belated Eid Mubarak to all those who celebrated on 13 May and I hope your fasting went well.

It was great to see many other venues open this week. Please do go and support our local businesses if you can, such as our fantastic theatres and indoor hospitality venues.

Nominations are now open for our Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce annual awards 2021. I'd really urge to get involved with the awards in any way you can, whether that is sponsoring an award or nominating your business for an award.

And finally, the ABCC is joining other Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce divisions in a five-week long Festival of Business campaign, kicking off in June.

Our president, Jason Wouhra, will be In Conversation with Solihull Chamber president Tony Elvin on 7 June as part of the campaign.
