Wellbeing provider relaunch health cash plan to provide greater choice for customers
BHSF, a leading health and wellbeing provider, has announced the relaunch of its employer health cash plan to enable more businesses to help employees manage their cost of living, without compromising their health.
Key revisions that have been made to its current health cash plan (HCP) include a review of rates, as well as the addition of a new lower-level benefit, to provide more choice.
Key features include the availability of MRI, CT & PET scans for employees, all of which have no financial limit.
Businesses who are considering investing in a health cash plan, or changing their current provider, can take advantage of all the normal benefits found in a health cash plan with BHSF, alongside additional health and wellbeing benefits.
This includes a GP helpline offering immediate access to a general practitioner when an NHS appointment might not be available, as well as an employee assistance programme (EAP) in which BHSF is the only UK service provider to have been accredited by the Accreditation Programme for Psychological Therapies Services (APPTS).
This is especially important as demand on the NHS is increasing, resulting in longer wait times.
