Rugeley-based Integral Workplace Wellness Ltd, a Mental Health and Wellbeing services provider for businesses, announced that they have received a grant from Keele University's Business Bridge funding.

The grant will be used to have their Mental Health and Workplace Wellbeing Workshop CPD accredited.

CPD accreditation is a valuable recognition of the quality of training provided by an organisation. Accreditation ensures that the workshops are of a high standard and is regularly updated to reflect changes in the field.

This provides confidence to businesses that the training they are investing in is up to date, relevant and of high quality.

The Mental Health and Workplace Wellbeing Workshops offered by Integral Workplace Wellness Ltd provides staff with a range of skills to support their own mental health, support their colleagues, manage stress, and build resilience.

The manager's Workshop helps managers and business owners in implementing a mental health and workplace wellbeing plan to support all staff and improve workplace culture.

With CPD accreditation, businesses can be assured that their staff will receive training that is in line with industry standards and will provide them with the necessary skills to effectively manage their Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Directors Dean Attwood and Bel Hardman expressed their enthusiasm for the funding grant. They said: “This grant will help us to further develop our Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops and ensure that we are providing businesses with the highest quality skills and education.

“We are excited to continue our work in supporting the Mental Health & Wellbeing of all staff members in businesses."

In addition to their Mental Health and Workplace Wellbeing Workshops, Integral Workplace Wellness Ltd also provides full qualification in 3 levels of First Aid for Mental Health Training courses and Staff Support Services.

Their Proactive Support Service is seven times more effective than an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in supporting individual staff with a Mental Health issue or life challenges they may be facing.

They also offer executive coaching to support senior leaders in improving their wellbeing and performance.
