West Midlands designer supports NHS Race Equality framework project

West Midlands-based creative director and founder of Nataliia Korol Design, Nataliia Korol, has collaborated with SoulBrite Ltd for Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, supporting the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF).

As part of the project, Nataliia designed key printed materials from scratch, aimed at improving communication and engagement across diverse communities.

This included a double-sided informational flyer tailored for both younger and older audiences, as well as a professionally designed roll-up banner.

Working closely within the project framework, Nataliia developed the concepts and full artwork for each piece, ensuring clarity, accessibility and a high-quality visual presentation aligned with NHS standards.

Nataliia said: “This project was particularly meaningful to me, as it focused on equality, inclusion and clear communication within healthcare.

“Design plays a powerful role in making information accessible and engaging for different communities.”

The Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF) is a national NHS initiative aimed at addressing inequalities in mental health services and improving experiences for patients, carers and communities from diverse backgrounds.
