A long serving manager of workplace wellbeing provider The Listening Centre has transitioned into a qualified counselling role.
Joanna Benbow, who has been with The Listening Centre for nine years has achieved her ambition of becoming a qualified counsellor after completing training at the firm’s own Adept Central training college in Lichfield.

Jo will join The Listening Centre's network of 30 affiliate counsellors across the Midlands, bringing her extensive operational knowledge to direct client support.
Louise, who has been preparing for this transition over the past year, steps into the service manager role.
Founder Sharon McCormick said: "This transition perfectly demonstrates our belief in investing in our people's aspirations.
“Jo's journey from service manager to qualified counsellor shows what can be achieved when businesses genuinely support their team's professional development."
Jo added: "Having Sharon's support to pursue my counselling dream whilst maintaining my role has been incredible.
“The professional boundaries we maintained throughout my training showed me what exceptional leadership looks like.
“I'm thrilled to continue with The Listening Centre in this new capacity - it truly feels like coming home."
