Workshops to help SMEs identify growth opportunities
As part of the local 'Enterprise for Success ' business support programme, Birmingham City University are offering small and medium-sized businesses free business support workshops and individual sessions throughout February - focused on identifying the best opportunities for growth.
Birmingham City University Business School are offering a free analysis and personalised report highlighting business growth opportunities and challenges.
Participants can then choose to attend a series of four virtual workshops - 2 February through to 23 February - or up to 12 hours of free advice and assistance to help you develop a comprehensive business strategy.
The Enterprise for Success programme is funded by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The workshops cover a host of important skills and techniques related to growing a successful business.
Delivered by senior lecturer in management development, Vanessa Clarke, and Associate Professor Barny Morris, head of strategy, management and marketing, the programme is on offer to all small and medium-sized business owners in the Greater Birmingham area.
