YMCA and Shelter announce new date for charity dining event

YMCA Heart of England and Shelter Birmingham have rescheduled their Charity Dining Experience at San Carlo – which will now take place on Thursday 15 October.

The fundraising event, organised in partnership with the Birmingham restaurant, will bring together members of the local business community, supporters and residents for an evening dedicated to raising funds and awareness for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity across the West Midlands.

Guests will enjoy a two-course meal, refreshments and live entertainment, with proceeds supporting the vital work carried out by YMCA Heart of England and Shelter Birmingham.

Elena Roselli, head of PR, Communications & Engagement at YMCA Heart of England, said: "We remain incredibly excited about this event and the opportunity to bring people together in support of those facing homelessness and housing insecurity.

Funds raised through the event will help both charities continue providing essential support, including emergency accommodation, housing advice, wellbeing services, training opportunities and pathways towards independent living.

With limited places available, early booking is encouraged. The event starts at 12.30pm and costs £40 per ticket.
