Young professionals' awards receive further backing
Further sponsors have been announced for the categories of the Future Faces and Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) awards.
Chamber member Common Purpose UK, the not-for-profit organisation helping young leaders with their development, will be sponsoring the Future Faces Champion award.
Louise Teboul (pictured), operations director at Common Purpose UK, said: “If ever there was a time for investment in leadership, then this is it - when we have so many challenges - but also a chance to reset and reflect.
“The next generation of leaders have the opportunity to do things differently, to have a voice, to challenge the status quo and we can help them do that. So we 're delighted to offer a place on our emerging leaders programme to the winner of the Future Faces Ambassador Award. ”
Leading accountants and Chamber patron, RSM is also sponsoring the Future Face of Tech and Innovation award.
Amy Burton, head of technology and media for RSM in Birmingham, said: “The pace of change has never been greater than it is today. More than ever, successful businesses need to constantly innovate to get ahead and stay there; embracing new technological developments is a huge part of that.
“RSM is proud to support the technology and innovation category of these awards and be part of celebrating and showcasing the outstanding business talent in Greater Birmingham."
Further sponsors are yet to be announced.
One winner from the categories will be crowned as the overall Future Face of Greater Birmingham.
