Grace Cares is a not-for-profit organisation which has been set up to support health and social care workers, older people, their families with support and care equipment and health and social care providers on their net zero and sustainability journeys across the UK.
We are on a mission to save care equipment from landfill – make it available to the public, NHS, health and social care providers at less than half the original RRP and use those profits to support health and social care workers and older people nationwide with grants and support, our local community with monthly sustainable and dementia friendly activities and health and social care providers across the UK with ESG and sustainability resources and support.

It’s a genuine honour to welcome you to the LTCC AGM as your incoming President. I’d like to begin by recognising the outstanding leadership of our outgoing President Fiona over the past two years and of course the work and support from Hannah and Julie. Their dedication, resilience, and commitment to our business community have laid strong foundations - and we all thank them for everything they have done. As I step into this role, my focus is clear: to build on their legacy and ensure our Chamber continues to be a driving force for growth, innovation, and influence. Over the next two years, I want us to lean into the opportunities ahead - from HS2 and the rise of AI, to the evolving relationship between education and business. We must be ready to grow as the economy recovers, and we must ensure our local MPs hear and act on the needs of our businesses. I also see the impending reorganisation of local councils not as a challenge, but as a strategic opportunity - one where our Chamber can shape procurement, policy and support frameworks that truly reflect the ambitions of our members. Together, we will champion the value of Chamber membership, encourage member to member engagement, spotlight local success, and ensure LTCC is the go to place for business support and networking. Thank you for your trust. I look forward to working with you all make our Chamber not just relevant, but indispensable.

Hannah is an award-winning Chartered Marketer with a passion for social care. For almost two decades, she’s worked globally marketing with her work recognised in The Times and The Guardian. In 2016 she set up a marketing consultancy firm, Golddust Marketing, which she continues to run today. She has also launched Grace Cares, a not-for-profit that wants to stop care items needlessly going into landfill, make them available to people at around a third of the price, and use the profits to help care workers, older people and their families with hardship grants, support the community with social groups and activities and leave a better planet for future generations.
She currently supports the Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber of Commerce as joint Vice President. Her focus is inclusivity and diversity in the workforce, supporting the future workforce and sustainability in business.

Taking the leap to be an independent consultant can feel daunting. From the first networking event I attended, the Chamber has helped me grow not only my network but it has enabled me to gain resources to help get started and plan for future growth particularly through the Small Business Academy. The networking events provide a great space to meet new people, connect with existing contacts, hear from others who have experience of running their own business and to have fun in a relaxed, professional environment. It makes the journey of being independent less daunting.

The Boss Partnership
This guide has been developed by the Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber Committee, led by President Fiona Rouse and Vice Presidents Julie Poppleton and Hannah Montgomery, to help strengthen connections between local schools, colleges, and businesses.
It’s designed to make collaboration easier - offering practical ways for employers to engage with young people, inspire future talent, and support the skills our region needs to thrive.
We’d encourage businesses to take a look and think about how your organisation could get involved. Together, we can build stronger pathways between education and business, and help prepare the next generation for meaningful, rewarding careers.
