Founder, Go True North
I’m Neil Betts, Co-Founder of Go True North in Australia and Founder of Go True North in the UK.
As a Business Consultant and Lean Practitioner, I specialise in helping organisations, business owners, and individuals enhance their business performance. My unique approach combines strategic vision with practical solutions, identifying key issues and leveraging technology to implement effective changes.
Before co-founding Go True North Australia in 2012 and Go True North here in the UK in 2023, my career evolved from the shop floor to the boardroom, gaining extensive experience with global energy organisations in the UK and Australia. My journey began as a craft apprentice at the Central Electricity Generating Board, leading to senior executive roles across the UK and Australia.
As the primary contact for our consultancy, I oversee client engagements and collaborate with our Australian team to ensure we deliver tailored solutions that align with our proven methodologies. I am deeply committed to understanding the challenges businesses face, from problem identification to solution management. By leveraging strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a focus on client success, I aim to help organisations and entrepreneurs unlock their full potential.
