Welcome to Future Faces! The Chamber’s ever growing network for young professionals and the leaders of tomorrow.
In a nutshell we exist to network, develop and recognise young professionals from any sector across Greater Birmingham. Our members are from a vast range of sectors, making our network uniquely diverse and strong.
Whether you’re a business looking to professionally develop your talented employees, or an individual committed to developing your career in Greater Birmingham, Future Faces can help.
We are proud to span across Greater Birmingham's regions. Birmingham alone is the youngest city in Europe, with under 25s accounting for nearly 40% of the population. There are over 400 schools, 15 universities and three university colleges within one hour’s drive of the city! The universities are working together to put a strong sales pitch to students and employers in order to retain young talent and Future Faces is proud to play our part in developing and retaining this top talent throughout their careers.

Our social events happen every month and give members the opportunity to network with their peers, currently online and eventually at the very best venues our region has to offer
Annual Awards Celebration
The only awards to recognise the talent of all young professionals in Greater Birmingham. Members can be recognised for their talents by entering the awards.
MENTORING
Members have the opportunity to be mentored by a more experienced Chamber member, or to be a mentor themselves to some of their younger peers.
PROFILE YOURSELF
For members that would like to be more hands on, you can join the Future Faces Committee which will help to profile yourself within the region and develop new skills and responsibilities.

What to expect from our events
Future Faces welcomes professionals from all sectors to our events. Typically, Future Faces run two events per month; one as a social networking event and one on professional development. Both members and non-members are welcome.
