Future Faces Mentoring scheme
The Future Faces Mentoring scheme first launched in October 2022. The Future Faces mentoring subcommittee did a fantastic job getting this off the ground, with 44 Future Faces members being matched with 44 Greater Birmingham mentors. The scheme helps FF members be matched with a mentor for 6 months. Mentors and mentees organise their meetings monthly across 6 months, working on their objectives, aspirations, and career goals together. We’ve had some incredible feedback already.

Applications for the scheme open on the 3rd April and will close on 30th April.
Mentors are invited to join an online webinar with Curium Solutions on the 18th May. Details to follow.
Mentors and mentees are invited to Intercity’s offices on the 25th May to meet in-person at this fantastic social, where we will start the night with some ice-breakers and give you a chance to meet in person before embarking on your mentoring journey together.
