Common Purpose announced as sponsor for Future Faces Ambassador award
International not-for-profit organisation Common Purpose has been announced as the sponsor of the Future Faces Ambassador Award for the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards.
Common Purpose is dedicated to developing leaders who can make a positive impact in their communities, workplaces and beyond.
Through programmes like the Beacon programme, they help high-potential leaders build essential skills and reflect on their own leadership style.
Participants also join a global network of more than 140,000 alumni, opening up opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and ongoing development.
The winner of the award will receive a place on the Common Purpose Beacon programme, aimed at high-potential leaders, worth £4,000 + VAT.
They will also become part of the worldwide alumni community of more than 140,000 people, with opportunities to stay involved after completing the programme.
Louise Teboul, partnerships director at Common Purpose, said: “At a time when you could argue that good leadership is needed now more than ever, I believe we have to invest in our high-potential leaders and create an environment where they can reflect, learn and develop their own leadership – rather than just follow what’s gone before them.
“That’s why I’m so pleased to be supporting the Future Faces Awards again.
“The awards have gone from strength to strength over the years and showcase the true diversity of talent in the region across all sectors. This is an important part of our social value work.”
