GBYPY welcomes new partner offering fully funded leadership programme for 2026 winners
Future Faces Chamber of Commerce has announced Make Strides as a partner for this year’s Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year awards.
The consultancy works with organisations and high-potential leaders across the UK to develop strategic leadership and performance.
The awards night will take place on September 24 at Birmingham Town Hall and will celebrate the achievements and contributions of young professionals across the Greater Birmingham region.

The programme will support participants to:
- Elevate their leadership presence and influence
- Strengthen strategic thinking and decision-making
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Navigate complexity and challenge with confidence
- Clarify their leadership identity and long-term direction
Director of Make Strides, Gemma Stuart-Young (pictured) said: "We’re genuinely delighted to be sponsoring the 2026 Future Faces Awards and to be partnering with the Chamber in recognising some of the region’s most exciting emerging leaders.
“At Make Strides, we believe leadership capability is one of the most important investments any region can make.
“When ambitious people are developed well, and connected intentionally, the impact goes far beyond individual success.
“It strengthens organisations, builds confidence across sectors and shapes the future of our business community.
“As part of our sponsorship, we’re proud to offer all 2026 category winners a fully funded place on a dedicated Make Strides Leadership Programme cohort and can't wait to be part of such an exciting programme and awards evening"
