Brew Twenty-Three has opened in Blythe Valley Park (BVP), taking a 1000 sq ft unit in the neighbourhood centre, which has been managed by IM Land, the strategic land arm of local developer, IM Properties.

IM Land retained the residential after IM Properties sold the business park element of BVP to Frasers Property in 2021.

Brew Twenty-Three is located adjacent to Your Coop, with another retail letting set to be announced in Q2, completing the 8000 sq ft space, designed to enhance the amenities for the 750 new homes at Blythe Valley Park, delivered by Bloor Homes and Crest Nicholson.

Founded by Solihull born Dayna Winter, Brew Twenty-Three has become a local success story and is perfectly aligned with the neighbourhood centre’s focus on quality and community engagement.

The café has built up a loyal following through its social media presence charting its journey and the personalities behind the business, with regular pop-up events including its Hot Girl Running Club.

Serving coffee, juices, smoothies and food, the café also offers corporate catering and hopes their offering will be enjoyed by the many occupiers on the park including Gymshark and Lounge.

“We’re really excited to be in Blythe Valley and feel very welcomed by the community.” Says Dayna. “Being open seven days, a week provides a destination for residents and our wider customer base to enjoy at their leisure. The space allows for more seating than our Cranmore location inside and out, as well as more space to host our seasonal bespoke events.”

The neighbourhood centre, in addition to Your Coop and two retail units, features an outdoor seating area and 48 modern apartments, 36 of which are rented and retained by IM Properties.

It utilises renewable green technology, installed to provide power to the communal areas and residents also benefit from an electric pool car for short journeys, electric car charging points and cycle storage for up to 40 bikes on site.

Richard Knight, UK Residential Delivery director said: “We’re pleased to support Brew Twenty Three’s growth and their fresh approach to a healthy, community focused lifestyle.

“When we first started the redevelopment of BVP in 2017, our vision was to create a scheme that prioritises wellbeing and creates a sense of place driven by genuine community. The neighbourhood centre is the final piece of the puzzle and Brew Twenty-Three is the perfect addition to this mix.

“It enhances the vibrancy of community life, with people living, working and enjoying leisure time in a well-connected environment that seamlessly integrates the commercial and residential elements of the park.”

Knight added: “As the community has expanded, so has the attraction for being based at BVP. We’ve introduced new public open spaces and play areas in phases to support resident’s long-term wellbeing and received a Gold Accreditation from Building with Nature for the attention we’ve paid to creating a place where both people and wildlife can thrive.

“BVP has also served as a blueprint for the delivery of our Sustainable Future’s Strategy focussing on People, Planet and Place, we’ve learnt from our successes and we’re continuing to build on them to create best in class schemes that are designed for the future.”
