Cannock AGM announced with nominations for divisional committee now open
The Cannock Chase Chamber of Commerce is on the lookout for members from the area to be part of the divisional committee, shaping regional business priorities and taking part in wider Chamber-led initiatives.
The committee will be announced during the Cannock Chamber AGM, to be held on Tuesday, 24 February at Chasetown Football Club.
Those standing for office must be an individual whose business is a member of the Cannock Chase Chamber.
Nominees should fill out the application form by clicking here. Applications close at 12pm on Tuesday 10 February. Each application needs to be supported by an existing member of Cannock Chase Chamber.
The AGM will include an update on Chamber matters and will also be an opportunity for delegates to gather and network over a light lunch.
A new chosen charity will also be appointed during the day. Charities based in Cannock or who are members of the Cannock Chase Chamber of Commerce are urged to submit their nominations to [email protected]
Speaking about the AGM, head of Cannock Chase Chamber of Commerce, Richard Brooks (pictured), said: “Our AGM is an important moment for the Cannock Chase Chamber, not just to reflect on the year behind us, but to look ahead at how we continue to support and represent local businesses.
“We are always keen to hear from members who care about the local business community and may be interested in playing a more active role by joining the Divisional Council.
“It is a chance to help shape priorities, contribute practical insight, and support the continued growth of the Chamber across Cannock Chase.”
