The Hub at St Mary’s in Lichfield has announced its autumn-winter season programme – featuring live music, family shows, comedy, cabaret, theatre and exhibitions.

A packed programme includes Zimbabwean musician and cultural artist Millicent Chapanda (pictured) who arrives on 4 November as part of the successful Home lunchtime series.

Leading British mountaineer Adriana Brownlee brings her tales of adventure to Lichfield on 9 December, while award-winning author and poet Robin Ince is appearing on 21 October.

Young audiences can take their first steps into theatre with The Tale of the Loneliest Whale (6 September) and their first taste of opera with Flotsam (26 October).

There’s also lots of live music, comedy, cabaret and inspiring exhibitions throughout the season.

The Hub creative director Anthony Evans said: “Our Autumn Winter 2026 season is built on consistency in a sea of change.

“We believe Art isn’t a luxury – it’s the glue that holds a community together when things get bumpy.

“And haven’t we got a season to prove it… As always, it has been curated for you and we hope you find something in it that feels like yours.”
