New date announced for popular Chamber management training course

Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) has announced the return of the ISO9001 management training course following a successful launch.

ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management. It provides guidelines for organisations of all sizes and sectors to improve their performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate their commitment to quality.

The training is set to take place on Thursday, 20 June from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm at the Chamber HQ.

Benefits of implementing ISO9001 include an enhanced customer satisfaction, improved credibility and  image with increased employee engagement rates.

Training manager Leah Quarmby (pictured) requests anyone handling this type of management system or those looking to obtain ISO9001 to book on to this interactive full day course.
