PwC strengthens commitment to emerging talent with 14 Future Faces memberships
PwC has strengthened its commitment to supporting emerging talent through 14 new Future Faces memberships.
The move reflects the professional services firm’s ongoing focus on investing in early career professionals and creating opportunities for development within the regional business community.
Future Faces currently has over 500 members and offers young professionals a chance to be part of the region’s biggest network, gain professional development skills, and take part in different events and workshops.
Matthew Greene, director at PwC, said: “PwC is proud to support the Future Faces programme and sponsor 14 colleagues to take part in this valuable network for young professionals.
“It offers a much-needed platform to build networks, access mentoring and strengthen the skills needed to succeed.
“Birmingham has one of the youngest and most diverse professional communities in the UK, and initiatives like this play a vital role in removing barriers and ensuring opportunities are accessible to people from all backgrounds.
“By fully backing our participants, we’re investing in their growth, broadening their experience and helping to shape inclusive, future‑ready leaders for our region.”
Guven Mustafa, a manager at PwC, said: “As a new member of Future Faces, I have already seen the value it brings in connecting young professionals across Birmingham.
“I was keen to join to develop my networking skills and connect with like-minded individuals across the region.
“The events create a relaxed environment to build meaningful relationships, share experiences and learn from others at a similar stage in their careers.
“I see this as an important step in supporting my future career, helping to open up opportunities, broaden my perspective and build a strong professional network early on.”
