WATCH: Birmingham 2022 legacy director provides update on Games activities

Nicola Turner, director of legacy for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, joins Chamber CEO Henrietta Brealey to discuss the latest activities surrounding the sporting extravaganza with less than 300 days to go.

Nicola is leading the planning and delivery of all legacy programmes associated with the largest sports and culture event ever to be staged in the West Midlands.

She received an MBE in 2015 for services to the West Midlands following her work on SME growth and graduate retention

Nicola is tasked with ensuring that legacy is properly resourced and prioritised throughout the planning of the Games, to allow the city and region to maximise the opportunity provided by staging the sporting extravaganza.
