Anthony Tattum is Chief Marketing Officer at Leopard Co, a Birmingham-based marketing agency that helps ambitious businesses grow through insight-led, results-driven campaigns. With nearly 30 years of experience, Anthony has worked with start-ups, challenger brands and household names to develop strategies that cut through and content that connects. Known for combining creative thinking with behavioural science and a commercial mindset, he’s passionate about helping SMEs use marketing more effectively to drive awareness, engagement and sales - without wasting time or budget.
Partner and Sales Director, Z Digital UK
Gabriel is a Birmingham based entrepreneur. He is a partner and sales director for Z Digital UK, having secured 2 FTSE 100 clients for Z Digital within it’s 2 years of operation.
After overcoming homelessness, he became the youngest board member in history for YMCA Heart of England (180 years) becoming a trustee at 21. An office has been built and named after him in the new Coppice offices to commemorate his journey and achievement. He is also the first chair for National Grid’s Social Mobility Advisory Board.
Gabriel won Young Leader of the Year for YMCA’s Youth Matters Awards in 2017 and the Third Sector Award for BYPY 2024 Awards. He has been featured on the front page of Birmingham Business Magazine, representing the future of entrepreneurship for Birmingham. He has been featured in the Black Business Magazine representing Z Digital UK as ‘Pioneers of Tech Innovation’. He has also been featured on the Future Faces Podcast & in the Chamberlink Magazine.

Gayle is a Partner and Head of the Birmingham Office of international law firm Pinsent Masons. She specialises in advising universities, higher and further education institutions, private education providers and banks lending to the education sector on regulatory issues, commercial contracts, joint ventures and mergers and disposals
Cluster Sales Manager, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin
Money Chopra is an accomplished sales leader with over a decade of experience driving business development, revenue growth, and strategic sales initiatives within the hospitality industry. She currently serves as Cluster Sales Manager for Malmaison & Hotel du Vin in Birmingham, where she leads revenue generation across rooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage operations.
Previously, as Corporate Sales Manager at Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Money played a pivotal role in strengthening corporate partnerships and significantly boosting revenue in the corporate segment. Her career also includes key sales roles at Hyatt Regency Birmingham, Mercure Walton Hall, and Jurys Inn Yorkshire Cluster, where she consistently delivered strong results and cultivated lasting client relationships.
In recognition of her leadership and impact, Money was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce in 2025. She was also named the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) 2024 in the Events, Retail & Hospitality category and was a finalist for Rising Star of the Year at the West Midlands Food and Drink Hospitality Awards 2024.

Neelam Afzal is a highly accomplished Employment Solicitor and Partner at Wildings Solicitors, where she specialises in Employment Law, advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of workplace-related legal matters. With a deep understanding of employment rights and workplace disputes, Neelam has built a strong reputation for delivering practical and effective legal solutions.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in business, Neelam was appointed Vice President of Birmingham’s Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) in 2023. She plays a pivotal role in supporting and empowering Asian-owned businesses across the West Midlands.
Neelam’s journey in the legal field is marked by determination and resilience. She self-funded her Legal Practice Course (LPC) while working full-time and later completed a Master’s degree in Employment Law. Her expertise extends to unfair dismissals, redundancy, workplace discrimination, and TUPE, making her a sought-after legal advisor for SMEs, corporations, and professionals.
Neelam is also a member of the Committee on the Birmingham Law Society (Employment), as well as the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Council. Beyond her legal practice, Neelam is actively involved in mentoring aspiring solicitors and contributing to initiatives that promote female leadership in the legal profession. I’m Neil Betts, Co-Founder of Go True North in Australia and Founder of Go True North in the UK.
As a Business Consultant and Lean Practitioner, I specialise in helping organisations, business owners, and individuals enhance their business performance. My unique approach combines strategic vision with practical solutions, identifying key issues and leveraging technology to implement effective changes.
Before co-founding Go True North Australia in 2012 and Go True North here in the UK in 2023, my career evolved from the shop floor to the boardroom, gaining extensive experience with global energy organisations in the UK and Australia. My journey began as a craft apprentice at the Central Electricity Generating Board, leading to senior executive roles across the UK and Australia.
As the primary contact for our consultancy, I oversee client engagements and collaborate with our Australian team to ensure we deliver tailored solutions that align with our proven methodologies. I am deeply committed to understanding the challenges businesses face, from problem identification to solution management. By leveraging strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a focus on client success, I aim to help organisations and entrepreneurs unlock their full potential.
