The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s Growth Through People Campaign provides you with a menu of activity that will help you to more efficiently and effectively manage your workforce.
The West Midlands and the UK face a productivity gap with ONS estimates highlighting that productivity is around 30% higher in London than elsewhere in the country. Addressing the structural causes of this imbalance will require high-level strategic thinking and careful policy decisions.
However there are straightforward steps that all businesses can take in order to increase productivity within their own organisations. We recognise that, especially for smaller businesses, one of the best ways to increase productivity and achieve growth is by improving the ways that they manage their employees. Not only does this help you to get the best out of your people it also creates more structured and positive relationships within your organisation, and can save you time and money.
We are working with a wide range of partners to highlight new tools, techniques, and ideas that can help businesses from all sectors to make straightforward and cost-effective adjustments that can yield real results.
Alongside delivering a range of free events and seminars with key partners we will be sharing expertise from across the Chamber network through a series of blog posts and articles throughout the campaign.
