Business school invites SMEs to boost leadership skills through new course
The Keele Business School is calling on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the region to take advantage of its upcoming Help to Grow: Management Course, designed to equip business leaders with the tools to drive growth, resilience, and innovation.
Delivered by experienced academics and industry experts, the 12-week Government-subsidised programme blends practical workshop sessions with peer learning and one-to-one mentoring, offering participants the chance to develop a tailored growth plan for their organisations.
Dr. Nick O’Donovan (pictured), programme director at Keele Business School, said:
“This is a fantastic opportunity for SME leaders to step back from the day-to-day and focus on strategic development.
“The course is designed to be flexible and immediately applicable to real-world problems, helping businesses to build resilience, improve productivity and unlock new opportunities.”
Participants will explore key areas such as financial management, marketing strategy, employee engagement and digital transformation.
The course also provides valuable networking opportunities with peers from a wide range of sectors.
Designed to fit around busy work schedules, the programme is delivered as 12 half day sessions (eight online, and four in person)
