Welcome to Future Faces! The Chamber’s ever growing network for young professionals and the leaders of tomorrow. In a nutshell we exist to network, develop and recognise young professionals from any sector across Greater Birmingham. Our members are from a vast range of sectors, making our network uniquely diverse and strong.
Whether you’re a business looking to professionally develop your talented employees, or an individual committed to developing your career in Greater Birmingham, Future Faces can help.
We are proud to span across Greater Birmingham's regions. Birmingham alone is the youngest city in Europe, with under 25s accounting for nearly 40% of the population. There are over 400 schools, 15 universities and three university colleges within one hour’s drive of the city! The universities are working together to put a strong sales pitch to students and employers in order to retain young talent and Future Faces is proud to play our part in developing and retaining this top talent throughout their careers.

"Being able to hear their journeys and their dreams and be inspired by them, pushes me to want to do more too. As Future Faces members we all want to engage, and I love that supportive environment. Every event that is organised is done with purpose. There is something for everyone and being the adventurous person that I am, I want to try everything."

"It’s an amazing way to connect with like-minded, ambitious young professionals across different sectors. As a supportive community, it’s helped me grow in confidence and step into new experiences, such as, featuring on the Young Professionals podcast and speaking at panel events. Future Faces celebrates success and inspires me to keep learning and growing."
